BotMaster WA — Privacy Policy

BotMaster WA ("we", "our") is a Chrome extension that helps you export chat contacts and group members from WhatsApp Web. This policy explains what data the extension collects and how it is used.

• WhatsApp contact data you choose to export — names, phone numbers, and group member details scraped from your WhatsApp Web session when you run a scan or group export.
• Install identifier — a random ID stored locally to enforce free daily export limits.
• License information — if you activate Premium, your license key and bound WhatsApp phone number are stored locally and sent to our server for verification.
• Usage counts — number of contacts/members exported per day (for quota enforcement).
• Technical metadata — extension version and extension ID sent with API requests.

• Contact and group data are sent to our API at tools.youhexa.com to normalize, validate, and generate export files (CSV, JSON, VCF).
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Premium payments are processed on our portal (portal.devajay.com); we do not store payment card details in the extension.
• Usage records are retained for up to 7 days for quota tracking.

• Scraped contacts are stored locally in your browser until you clear them.
• License state is stored in Chrome local storage on your device.
• Server-side processing is used only to build export files and verify licenses.

• You control when to scan, export, or clear data using the extension UI.
• Use Reset License in the extension to remove license data locally.
• Uninstalling the extension removes locally stored extension data.

BotMaster WA is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
